Hi, I have a file saved on a server that people regularly are supposed to fill out. The data to be filled comes in multiple time horizons: Yearly, Monthly, Quartely etc.

The people filling it out are probably worse in Excel than me, so I just wonder what would be the easiest way to expand the columns when new periods are coming? I could add a column, but then the file would be very wide after some time (There are multiple fields next to these). Would the easiest be to make people copy all the data one step to the left? So Q2 - 2016 is replaced by Q2 - 2016 and Q4 - 2017 by Q1 - 2018 etc.

Thanks.
