Manipulate points on charts by dragging/moving

I was wondering if an alternative for MPOC plug-in for Excel exist nowadays? I unfortunately doesn't work anymore with Excel 2016. I would like to edit points on line charts by dragging/drawing, however I was unable to find any solution for that. Is there any other software out there that provides such functionality?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
