How to use Macro to sort line by Column H if in Column Y have the same number?

Hi guys

I am new to VBA, try to work and learn it at the same time

I want to sort by column H for all the line with the same number in Column.

So in this case, sort by Column H for Line 17-26, and then do the again for the rest of the line. Around 1500 lines in the file.
