Hi

If I have this table in cells A1 to C4

Apples 1 yes
Pears 1 no
Oranges 3 no
Plums 4 yes

want to count fruit which have a "1" in col B and a "yes" or "no" in col C using COUNTIFS and an array to create an OR criteria

So like this:

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hi, something like this?

Excel 2013/2016
ABCDEF
1Apples1yesYes2
2Pears1noNo
3Oranges3no
4Plums4yes
5Bananas1Other
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
