Similar code worked in the first sub but failed in second sub

Hi All,

I tried to create two slicers by Slicercaches.add2() methods. it worked for the first slicer but failed for the second one. I tried every way i could use: put them in a same sub, use two subs, record a macro then paste it in my code. All failed. Can anyone help? Thanks.
