How to Record the Real time data in Excel

Dear all,

I am new to this forum So please pardon me if my words seems breaching the rules of posting.

Problem:
i have sheet with Name Data Record,with the Cell A2 with Date,B2 with time & C3 with value.

i want the data to be record in the below table Cell A5 with Date, Cell B5 with time &Cell C5 with value i want the data to get update for every update automatically

you say nothing about where the data comes from, how you are querying the data set, how often you want to do it etc. If someone explained to you what they wanted to do, what would you want to know

the sheet is linked with the website the data flow from the website and i need to record for every 1min,even if the sheet is in active
