Defining shaped print area to repeat on every page (Vertically inverted "L" shape in this particular instance)

I need to define a print are that will show on every page but I'm having difficulty because it's not just a row of column I need, it's specific cells.

The first page of this quote to a customer ranges from cells A1:J43. I need to repeat the data in Columns A:C (Print titles takes care of this) but also the data in Cells D1:H15. I know of no way to get this additional bit of data to carry over on ever sheet. I tried defining specific cells on row to repeat but that didn't work (life can't be that simple).

Does anyone know how to do this? I basically need a vertically Inverted L shaped print area to print on every page.


Data is below. Cells D16:H43 need to be dynamic and change with the data as it goes to the right across multiple columns (In this particular quote, the data extends to column CE but can go much further.
