Hi there

I have a question regarding a day/date cycle.

I was wondering how to calculate where a date would be in a 12day cycle range.

The cycle will always go from 1-12 in order.

If I set today to be Cycle1, is there a formula that can then calculate which day is 1 July going to be?

Many thanks,
Jaime

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Try this where A1 is the July 1st date.
You could put in any "Cycle1" date in place of Today().
Excel will automatically format the formula cell as a date format. Change it to a number format

=MOD(A1-TODAY(),12)+1
