Don't why there is #NAME ? error using the Morefunc (MCONCAT)?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

Try to switch to TEXTJOIN, a native Excel function or to a workalike udf ACONCAT...

How do I get the formula to work with these values,
0,1,2,3,4 =L
5,6,7,8,9 =H

3,4,5,6,7 = I
0,1,2,8,9 = O

I tried this, but get a error message.
=TEXTJOIN("",TRUE,IF(MOD((MID($E21,{1,2,3},1)+0)<5,=0,"L","H"))

Care to post a tiny sample along with the desired results? (just that, no formulas)
