splitting two step equation into segments

In a1 i have a variety of single variable equation such as : -3 -6x = -15 .... I need a way to separate the three parts in
the next three columns showing the following: b1 "-3" , c1 "-6x" and d1 "-15" the other type of equation is where the
x variable is at the front such as 3x +4 = -11

Maybe you can use text to columns menu, with [space] separator.
go to data > text to column > choose delimited > choose space
