Find Column Header column Number

Need Formula or VBA

In Cell A1 I have the text "Quantity" which I want to find the Column header that matches that value from the headers of

Value in cell i A1 is say "Quantity" (The column header value returned for is would be 4 )

Column headers are in row 5

Customer retuuns type Quantity Value
abc 5 belt 6 1.50
