cells don't get highlighted in colour when editing in formula bar

when i'm creating or editing a formula the cells turn a colour once referenced in the formula bar. but if i reference a cell from another page it isn't highlighted when i am on that page still in that formula
is this able to be done?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
