I have this idea of what i want to do to fix a problem at my work.

I want to take data from excel and put it into an pdf document based on coordinates in the pdf file.
I want to insert the data either as text or pictures just right ontop of whatever is already in the file.

We have this form at work.
Our economy office refuse to digitalise the form for our employees.
But i can collect the data that need to be in the form and have it in an excel document.
Then i want to press a button and take for example all data on row 1, put that in a predefined way into the pdf document.
So i then can print it and sign it and send it to the economy office.

Any ideas how i can create this.

If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
why use a pdf form

you can make a form layout with excel so adding data will be easy

and you can attach it to Emails......

I need to insert data in an already existing pdf.
I am not the creator oft the pdf. I just want to simplify the inseting of data to the pdf.
Replace the handwriting to move data from excel to pdf.

ok turn on record macro and copy A1:G1 to a pdf. Stop macro and examine the code. I do not use PDFs and do not know what coordinates of a pdf file are.
