Copying certain information from a text file using VBA code

Is there a way to create a code to 1st read a specific .txt file based off of the .txt file's name listed in a certain cell in Excel and then enter that certain information from the .txt file below that .txt's file name in the very next row below the file name's cell? If so, could it search & copy from the .txt file Information listed/ shown from this criteria below? I'm looking to get the code to read, copy, then paste into the excel sheet All the information between and including these 2 Headings of information from the .txt file...

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
