Help with Possible Script

HI Guys

i want a script that is setup like the following...........i want to take starting position and do two things if the amount i have is less than the qty required make the row coloured and then subtract further qtys from the new starting position........

so for the below if my starting position for Part1 was 11 parts, line 1 would be green but line 3 would not

make sense??
i could post a sample worksheet but not sure how

Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
it looks to me Line 1 is NOT valid and would not be green.
line 2 looks correct and SHOULD be green.
unless green is NOT good.
can you clear this up?

yes you are correct row 1 is of course the header row

no , i was ignoring non data headers.
I was referring to the actual line 1 OF data.
