Date Range Comaparison formula problem

I need to know how to write a formula that does the following(1) identifies the students highest score [highlighted in column H] , then (2) identifies the number of days displayed in column K (this shows the number of days since his/her last test prior to the highest score), then (3)compares THAT number in column K, with with the most recent number in column J (the number in column J shows the number of days since the most recent test date.], then (4) provided that the number of days [highlighted in column K] is within 7 days more OR within 7 days less than the number of days in column J, types "OK" else "NO" and then, (5) appears only in the top-most cell [in this column].

For students who have only taken the test ONCE (with 0 displayed in column K), the default could read "OK1" - provided the number in cell in column J is less than 30
