How to add up total times in excell

I have a column with 59 entries that are times and I need to sum the total I have the column formatted in h:mm:ss but it keeps giving me 0:00:00 for the total

I'm trying to total up A1:A59

Try to format as [h]:mm:ss

Is that what you want?
