=SUMIF(January!$C$2:$C$35,"agis bonus",January!$D$2:$D$35)+SUMIF(January!$H$2:$H35,"agis bonus",January!$I$2:$I$35)

The above formula was given to me in a previous post and it works perfectly. However, I want to know if there is an easier way to do the entry on my spread sheet, in that, I have 58 different "agis bonus"entries and I need to enter under each month, so it means changing the month and "data". I'm a novice on excel so I hope I'm explaining my self right.

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
The condition can be a cell reference instead of hard coded text. You can change the monthly sheet names in the formula dynamically with indirect.

Could you give me an example with the formula I submitted with my question. I'm not sure I understand your answer.
