External links in excel file across different users via Dropbox (Mac and PC)

Good day. I am experiencing some issues with regards to some excel files with external links when shared across Dropbox between different users. The issue is around the username in the path, which differs per user.

For example:
The path for user1 (Frank) would be as per line 1 below, while user2 (Bob) would be as per line 2:
Line 1: /Users/Frank/Dropbox/Project1/[Workbook1.xlsm]Sheet1'!$B$37
Line 2: /Users/Bob/Dropbox/Project1/[Workbook1.xlsm]Sheet1'!$B$37

Is there some way to keep these paths dynamic (or similar?), as we have a number of users and a number of files with external links?

Thanks in advance,

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
I'm not sure whether I'm looking at this correctly so the following may, or may not help.

The formula at the end of this page may be of use in getting the user directory.

You may then be able to utilise that to create a dynamic path.
I would bung it in a file and pass that around to see if it displays the user directory on different PCs before investigating its potential further.
