My formula is
=IF(E$110=2015,Formulas!$B4,
IF(E$110=2016,Formulas!$C4,
IF(E$110=2017,Formulas!$E4,
IF(E$110=2018,Formulas!$E4,
IF(E$110=2019,Formulas!$F4,
IF(E$110=2020,Formulas!$G4,
IF(E$110=2021,Formulas!$H4,
IF(E$110=2022,Formulas!$I4,
IF(E$110=2023,Formulas!$J4,
IF(E$110=#N/A,""))))))))))

All of it works except the part where I want to put leave cell blank if E110 has #N/A. How to I get rid of the #N/A in the cell?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
instead of this
Code:
(E$110=#N/A

use isna to test if the cell is N/A
Code:
=IF(ISNA(E110),"")

I'm going to shorten your formula too, you don't need that many IFs.

=IFERROR(IF(AND(E$110>=2015,E$110<=2023),INDEX(Formulas!$B4:$J4,E110-2014),""),"")
