I have a summary tab as the first tab in my workbook. Column A contains a list of over 200 people.
From this list of 200 people is there a way that I can automatically have a separate tab for each of the 200 plus names?
By automatically I mean without creating and naming all 200 plus manually.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Untested, but try
Code:
Sub AddNameShts()

   Dim Cl As Range

   With Sheets("Summary")
      For Each Cl In .Range("A2", .Range("A" & Rows, Count).End(xlUp))
         Sheets.Add(, Sheets(Sheets.Count)).Name = Cl.Value
      Next Cl
   End With
End Sub
