Iterative Calculation not working

My real estate development model includes a circular reference but for some reason if a refinance date changes the #num ! error appears. Does this have to do with my iterative calculation not working?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
