Tiered Commission Schedule

Good afternoon.

I am seeking help with a tiered commission schedule that appears to deviate from everyone else.

I have included a document here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/103b0w6uWLwOjTNbm9GGl_EkJMQ2ozcFt/view?usp=sharing

The gross commission goes into C2. The Gross Totals has a running total of the commission.

In e2 there is one formula, in f2 there is another
in e3 and f3, there is a NEW formula. My associate first made this. For whatever reason, these must be different.

What it calculates is that the first $50,000 gross is 50/50.
50% is shown in Net Commission and the other 50% is shown in TCRE Net.

After $50,000, it is then 90/10. 90% in Net Commission and 10% in TCRE Net.

What I am now trying to do is add an additional function and make a change.

I want:

First $50,000 gross - 50/50 (same)
$50,000.01-$150,000 - 75/25 (75% to be shown in Net Commission and 25% to be displayed in TCRE Net)
$150,000.01+ - 85/15 (85% to be shown in Net Commission and 15% to be displayed in TCRE Net)

Thank you very much!!! I have been so frustrated with this.
