fixed sum divided randomly

I just have a quick question.

I have a sum that I want divided up randomly 25 times.

For example:

The sum is 25000 and I want excel to divide it up 28 times with different values. Is there a formula or macro for something like that?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
