Macro to use excel spreadsheet as source for word userform

[FONT=&quot]Setting the scene:
I have an excel spreadsheet that columns formfields in a word document through a macro.. In this case, my coworkers would fill out a referral form and save it to a specific folder. The workbook will then go through all of the files and add them to the worksheet. --> this is the datasource.

On an entirely different word document I have a userform that corresponds to the cell headers and textboxes for the row contents. I've been trying to link the userform to go through the name and corresponding data points to display in this userform which will then be imported into the word document.
None of the codes I've found have been able to copy the data and display it into the userform.
