Pricing Update VBA

Good Morning Team,

A new challenge, I have a quote template where we add enter prices into the Sheet1 unit price column. Sheet2 contains a pricing database with our total products list with costs.

Can someone help me with code to look at "Part Number" & "Unit Price" from Sheet1 and find/update values for the same Part No & Pricing in the pricing database sheet (Sheet2).
