Need help with formula to calculate sum based off of row criteria, text found in row then add value found in intersection

This is a tricky one for me: I have this picture which represents my dataset. I am looking for 'if report name matches criteria, then return the sum of row 35, if X's were found in the column'. So for the row criteria and columns highlighted, I would require the formula to account for multiple X's found and then return the sum of row 35 (36+127=163).
