VBA to add sheet to new tab

Good afternoon,

I have developed a pretty complicated sheet for some users, but they are still having issues copying a page and pasting into the template. Basically, the sheet I have made stays static, then every week they need to update the orders sheet, and stock information. (They are already created and formatted correctly, just need copies into the template.

Is there an easy script I can integrate with dialog boxes, asking the user to select the file, and to name the new sheet. There are currently two sheets that need updated.
