Hi! :)

I was wondering if there is a code to ESTIMATE run time of a macro (before going through all of the loops and calculations).

I already incorporated elapse time and timer but the result comes out after the total execution of the codes and hence shows how long it took place.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

There is no such code that I know of - there would be far too many variables.

thank you :). I didn't find any on the web either. My colleague developed a macro in which before doing the calculation and showing the result, a pop up about execution time appears. That made me wonder!

I imagine that was a guess on his part, or based on some test runs.
