Have been searching for a way to randomly assign x number of tasks to y number of people in an equitable manner--or as equitable as possible without success...

I have 19 tasks and 4 people -- and more people may become available but to start only 4. The solution would need allow changing the number of people to further divide up the work. Tempted to declare all tasks are equally valued but may not be perceived that way and so if possible some way, perhaps randomizer, to make distribution appear equitable. Any help would be great--thanks.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
use a randomiser to shuffle the tasks and give the first 5 to person 1 - next 5 to person 2 etc....
