Need help fast w/ vba!

Need a macro that will find every cell that contains text within columns A to E all the way down to the bottom. Then paste them in that exact order, but all in column A.

*also the after photo should have then deleted the numbers from the previous position. hence "cutting" instead of copy and paste.

whoa that did not work. not sure what happened there. I need it to look from this to that.

When you have multiple people replying to you, we cannot tell who your message is meant for unless you mention the person's name.

Two questions...

Do you have some cells with numbers in them? If so, they are to be ignored, correct?

What do you mean by "exact order"? You have 5 columns and numerous rows... data can be ordered by traveling across a single row before moving down to the next row or down a single column before moving on to the next column... which ordering did you want?

None of the columns a thru e have numbers. It is just text. Order i meant for the text in d5. I need it to be in a5, what was in e7 needs to be in a7 and so on

did a test run on 5 inputs. looks like the numbers are confused where to go in order. for instance, in your code value in b8 went to a2, value in d5 went to a6. I need value in b8 to go to a8, d5 value to a5 value and so on.

If b8 goes to a8 where does c8 go?

there is nothing in c8. in columns A to D. there is not always a value in those columns, but when there is text in those columns. That one text in d8, there will not be another text cell within A8,b8 or c8. if there is text in a1, there will not be anything in b1,c1, or d1. Like i said before. there are instances where a row of wont have anything in columns a,b,c, or D

So your saying there will never be more then one value in columns B to E of each row.
So what ever is in columns B to E will be put in column A is that correct?

You are correct. There are no values in column A. I need everything from B to E to move to column A.

The end purpose of this is to get everything in one column. So then i can use my other vba code to copy from above and paste below to all the blanks below until there is a value. then loop that.
