I have searched the site and I cannot find what I am after. I have a sheet which use for authorising overtime timesheets. I have written the formulas and now I want to hide them. In excel 1997-2003 version, I could do this but I have been away from this type of work for at least a good 5 years. (Even this site has evolved since I last used it.).

Mickey mouse 12345 10:00 12:00 02:00
#N/A
Don Duck #N/A 08:00 13:00 05:00

<colgroup><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Where I have put data in, that's fine but where there is no data, I want to show a blank cell. I have searched options in excel but I cannot find anything. I know it is a pretty simple operation but I have spent too long now trying to find it.
Can someone help me out of my misery please?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
If the #N/A! are the result of formulas you could try this.

=IFERROR(yourformula, "")

In Page Setup/ Sheet tab. "Cell errors as:" = change to a more appropriate option.
