Hi All,

Long time visitor first time poster. Hoping the experts here can help me with a situation I have. Attached is an example spreadsheet for reference.

Setup:
Data Sheet - List of Owner Names, ID's #'s for the car, Type of car, State the car is located in, Color of the car, Qty of cars.
Names Sheet - List of Owner Names
Selection Sheet - Drop down box that allows you to select the owner name in Cell A1. A range of cells to be populated, C1:H6 (C1:H1 is a header)

Need:
On the Selection Sheet the user selects the appropriate name from the drop down box in cell A1 and the data for that name populates in the range of cells (C2:H6).
If there is less than 5 entries then the cells should be left blank.

Notes:
Each name on the data tab will never have more than 5 entries since it will be populated once a week with the top 5 entries for each name.
New customer information can be added to the Data tab each week as well as the Names tab.

Question:
Is there a formula that will allow me to do this or is there a macro that I can use that will accomplish this?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Sorry, I guess I can't attach a spreadsheet.
