Consolidate Data in Columns to Dropdown

Hello!

I have several columns titled Who/What/Where/Why/When/How with questions underneath. What I would like to do is be able to select a column title from a dropdown and it display the questions I have listed. For example.

Dropdown choices
Red
Blue

Columns

Red
is a great color?
is the best color?

Blue
is a bad color?
is the worst color?

When I go to the cell that says "Red" I can also select "Blue" and it will display the questions listed above that correspond to the column.
