Hello Excel Gurus,

I have a list of 50 sites that will have the same sale type.

What is the most efficient way to copy the data down without having copy, paste and replace for 50 times?

I have found this a solution to insert a row after every line using a helper column -https://www.ablebits.com/office-addins-blog/2014/06/13/excel-insert-row-shortcut/
<strike></strike>

But I have 50 sites and I need to copy the sales type 50 times and sites names 50 times.

Sample data looks like below:

SitesSale Type
001Red Sales
001Green Sales
001Blue Sales
001White Sales
001Yellow Sales

<colgroup><col span="2"></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Ankit

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Are we looking at data already in column A and B

So you want A1 And B1
copied down 50 times

Or do you want the entire row copied down 50 times.

Are these the only 4

Show us a sample of what you have now any what you want it to look like when done.

Are these the only 5

So is your sheet now empty and you want these 5 value entered 50 times each in column A and B

Thank for your reply.

Unfortunatley, I cannot provide the original data as it is confidential.

However, I have found a simple and drag and drop solution has worked for me.

Thank you Again
