Hi All,
I have a graph showing a set of data (from a pivot) which is only showing 6 items at the moment (which is correct) but the legend is showing all the other possible items that are included in the pivot but has a value of zero.

Is there a way that the legend will only show items that are greater than 0 at all?

Regards
P

What kind of chart is it?

Is it a pivot chart, or a regular chart that happens to be looking at a pivot table? ALso, did you filter the pivot table to exclude fields with 0 values? A pivot chart should always show whatever is shown in the pivot table (other than grand totals).

And the answer to my other question?

If they are in the pivot table, they will be in the chart. Why can't you apply a row/column value filter to remove the 0 values?
