Excel Top 5 Items based on criteria

Hi,

I have a large data set and I am looking for a formula that can help me select the top 5 items based on 4 criteria that may change.

For example, my data set has the below headers and I want to return the name of the Market for the top 5 scores. I'd also like to be able to change the formula criteria so I look at the top 5 markets with the month and year in Jan 2017.

Market | Channel | Year | Month | Score

Any help appreciated.
