Formula Calculation Error

Good morning all,

I'm getting an error that is (as errors usually do) driving me crazy! It is a fairly simple calculation that works on hundreds of other lines ... except for one.

The cell in question is M36

Hi

Cell J36 has an entry in it which you cannot see.
If you try = Len(J36) it gives a result of 1, showing that it is not blank.
Deleting the value in cell J36 causes all the other formulae to then behave correctly.
