index-match with dynamic sheet entry

Hello,
does anybody know how to draw up an index-match formula with the possibility to search in another sheet, whereby using a dynamic entry for sheet?

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
