Counting weekdays in Excel

Hi,
I need to count only weekdays between two dates in Excel. My working day is six days per week. Can any one help me in this.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
You can use the following formula. It will give the flexibility to chose five or six working days.

=NETWORKDAYS.INTL(A1,A2,11)
