Add Text if Letters Found

Hi
A little question
I want a formula to populate as per below in the "M" column cell if the letter is part of the text in the "J" column cell.
If S found - Salary
If C found Casual
If PT found - Part Time

Any help would be great

=IFERROR(LOOKUP(2^16,SEARCH({"S","C","PT"},J2),{"Salary","Casual","Part Time"}),"")

Hi,

Just curious, would there be instances where more than 1 of S, C, or PT be in the cells at the same time, like: Seasonal PT Worker, PT Cashier, etc.?
