Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
This will give the basics of what you require.
You will probably have to play with shape sizes/Position to get what you want !!!
Code:
[COLOR="Navy"]Sub[/COLOR] MG13Jun04
[COLOR="Navy"]Dim[/COLOR] Rng [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] Range, Dn [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] Range, aRw [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] Object, col [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]String[/COLOR]
[COLOR="Navy"]Set[/COLOR] Rng = Range(Range("A2"), Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
[COLOR="Navy"]For[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]Each[/COLOR] Dn [COLOR="Navy"]In[/COLOR] Rng
[COLOR="Navy"]Select[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]Case[/COLOR] True
    [COLOR="Navy"]Case[/COLOR] Dn.Value > Dn.Offset(, 2).Value
        [COLOR="Navy"]Set[/COLOR] aRw = ActiveSheet.Shapes.AddShape(msoShapeUpArrow, 10, 10, 20, 25)
        aRw.Fill.ForeColor.RGB = RGB(255, 0, 0)
     [COLOR="Navy"]Case[/COLOR] Dn.Value < Dn.Offset(, 2).Value
         [COLOR="Navy"]Set[/COLOR] aRw = ActiveSheet.Shapes.AddShape(msoShapeDownArrow, 10, 10, 20, 25)
        aRw.Fill.ForeColor.RGB = RGB(0, 176, 80)
    [COLOR="Navy"]Case[/COLOR] Dn.Value = Dn.Offset(, 2).Value
        [COLOR="Navy"]Set[/COLOR] aRw = ActiveSheet.Shapes.AddShape(msoShapeLeftRightArrow, 10, 10, 40, 20)
        aRw.Fill.ForeColor.RGB = RGB(255, 255, 0)
[COLOR="Navy"]End[/COLOR] Select
aRw.Top = Dn.Offset(, 1).Top + 5 '[COLOR="Green"][B]play with these number to get correct position[/B][/COLOR]
