How to choose an object

Hi,

I have been looking at few VBA codes and sometimes confused about the usage of objects.

Could any of you please help me in understanding the objects and how to use it and when to use it.

For example,for 'Folders' some codes use FSO as object. And in some other codes its different.

Please help.
