Use vlook formula to get your code for your Order ID

Assume that your source data in 'Source data' wordbook in A1:E15 and your Order ID in A1:A8 in vlook workbook

Enter the following formula in B1 in vlook workbook and copy it down

=VLOOKUP(A2,'[Source data.xlsx]Sheet2'!$A:$E,5,FALSE)
