Hi All,

I'm currently working on a time sheet document where I have to manually tick each name from a sort list to print off that persons time sheet.
I have been googling in the hope there is a way to print off the entire sort list individually. However, I've had no luck so far.

To give more of a picture, I'm currently given a list of names to which I go down the sort list, un-tick all other names then print off that specific time sheet. What I would like to do is print off the entire sort list separately going down the names A-Z.

Can anyone please help with this?

Many Thanks,
Gareth.
