I want to use below formula in VBA for automatic calculations. As there are lot of formulas in the sheet, I want to automate the sheet using VBA.

=COUNTIFS('Workflow-csv'!$AL$2:$AL$65000,B21,'Workflow-csv'!$AM$2:$AM$65000,">="&'Monthly Productivity'!$D$9,'Workflow-csv'!$AM$2:$AM$65000,"<="&'Monthly Productivity'!$D$11)-COUNTIFS('Workflow-csv'!$AL$2:$AL$65000,B21,'Workflow-csv'!$AM$2:$AM$65000,'Monthly Productivity'!$D$9,'Workflow-csv'!$AN$2:$AN$65000,"<"&'Monthly Productivity'!$D$10)-COUNTIFS('Workflow-csv'!$AL$2:$AL$65000,B21,'Workflow-csv'!$AM$2:$AM$65000,'Monthly Productivity'!$D$11,'Workflow-csv'!$AN$2:$AN$65000,">"&'Monthly Productivity'!$D$12)
