Hello!

I would like to write a macro that puts a top border on every fourth cell in column D. Sheet name: "MISC" and no header.

Any Suggestions?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Does this do what you want...
Code:
Sub test()
  Dim R As Long
  For R = 1 To Cells(Rows.Count, "D").End(xlUp).Row Step 4
    Cells(R, "D").Borders(xlEdgeTop).Weight = 3
  Next
End Sub

Hi Rick! Thank you for your help. However, after running this code, it looks like the wrong cell is being formatted. The top of cells 5,9,13,17 etc were receiving the border. Instead, I need the top cells 4,8,12,16,20,24 etc to receive the border.
