I'm trying to build a table that pulls from another automatically and checks to see if my equipment items have failed within a 3 month interval. I've tried using the V/HLookup formula, but I don't know how to program excel to build me a new table based off items failing inspections within a 3 month time period of its last fail date. The first cell is the Item Name, A/C is aircraft #, then date failed, followed by what it failed. How can I use V or HLookup to search a table for an item with recurring fails in a 90 day period?

Thank you!
