i had data like this and if i pasted the data in my excel sheet 1 i would like to get login id and their verification level and count againt their verification level in sheet 2.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
