Record cell value before update

I have a sheet that gets updated by a pivot table. What I'd like to do is record the previous cell value before it updates. So say in range B3:H109 are dollar values. Lets just say cell B3 has a value of $100. When the sheet gets updated cell B3 now has a value of $150. I'd like to be able to record the previous value of $100 in cell N3. If cell H109 had a value of $200 then it has changed to $250 after it has been updated I'd like to have the $200 value in cell T109.

Any help would be appreciated

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
A worksheet event might do what you need, depends on what's triggering the pivot table update.
